How to Use (Important Instructions)

1. Prepare the Chocolate First

• Do not melt chocolate directly in the fountain
  
• Melt chocolate separately using a microwave or double boiler
  
• Chocolate should be smooth and pourable before adding
  

✔ For regular chocolate, mix approx. ½ cup oil per 2 lbs chocolate for proper flow
✔ Fountain chocolate works best

2. Set Up the Fountain

• Place the fountain on a flat, level surface
  
• Assemble tiers securely before plugging in
  

3. Preheat Before Use

• Turn on the heat switch for 3–5 minutes to warm the base bowl
  

4. Add Chocolate & Start Flow

• Pour melted chocolate into the base bowl
  
• Turn on the motor switch to activate the flowing cascade
  

5. During the Event

• Monitor chocolate levels throughout use
  
• Add more pre-melted chocolate as needed
  

⚠ Do not overfill the bowl, as overflow may occur

6. Shutting Down

• Turn off motor first, then heat switch
  
• Allow chocolate to cool slightly before cleaning
  

7. Cleaning Instructions

• Let machine cool for 10–15 minutes (do not allow chocolate to fully harden)
  
• Remove excess chocolate with a spatula
  
• Wipe and rinse removable parts with warm water
